Physiotherapy addresses more health concerns than you might think!
We offer a variety of quality services that we tailor specifically to your needs to help you get back to the things you love. Book an appointment to learn about your pain and how we can help you treat it.
Equal care will be provided to all of our clients, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, physical ability or attributes, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
Bike Fitting
Whether your set of wheels is new or a little more vintage, a good fit is key to cycling comfort, efficiency and injury prevention. Our BikeFit® Canada certified physiotherapist can assess your ride and make adjustments to your saddle, handlebars, and (most importantly) the foot-pedal interface to help you cycle pain-free and to your best ability.
Chronic Pain/Injury Recovery
Chronic or persistent pain/injury can really take its toll both mentally and physically, but recovery still remains possible even in complex cases. Our pain expert physiotherapist helps achieve this by normalizing sensation in the area(s) of pain/dysfunction, movement re-patterning, exercise/activity level monitoring, mindfulness training, pain science education, and a healthy dose of encouragement!
Concussion Rehab
Getting hit on the head isn’t always a concern unless symptoms such as headaches, mental fogginess, mood changes, poor concentration, and visual disturbances last longer than expected. The good news is that the majority of concussions are treatable with a little help! With a comprehensive exam, we’ll determine what’s triggering your symptoms and create a treatment plan to help mend your melon.
⚠️PLEASE NOTE⚠️ Due to the nature of TeleRehab/Virtual Physio, some aspects of assessment and treatment may be limited with this appointment type versus In-Person appointments. If you wish to do a TeleRehab/Virtual Physio appointment but you are unable to look at a screen, we will likely need to conduct appointments over the phone.
Diet & Nutritional Counselling
You’ll work together with our Registered Dietitian to assess your diet and eating habits, identify potential problems, determine your needs and goals, discuss ways to meet these goals, and agree upon future steps and frequency of monitoring. It aims to help you understand the impact of nutrition on your health and focuses on practical ways to cover your specific dietary and nutritional needs.
Exercise Therapy/Active Recovery
The development of a meaningful and appropriate home or gym exercise program is key to a successful recovery. All of our physiotherapy treatment plans include an exercise component to enhance the benefits from each treatment session so your gains continue outside the clinic.
IMS/Dry Needling
IMS/Dry Needling can be a game-changer for people dealing with musculoskeletal or nerve pain. This technique involves the insertion of thin needles (similar to those used in acupuncture) to create small muscle twitches that release and reset tension, reduce pain, enhance muscle firing, and improve mobility. If it’s the right fit for you, we include dry needling as part of our treatment sessions at no additional cost.
Manual and Manipulative Therapy
The “hands-on” part of physiotherapy! This is where we physically assess muscle, tendon, ligament, bone and joint issues, as well as nerve-related pain that can result from work, car or sports accidents, or post-surgical limitations. We treat what we find through various techniques, ranging from joint mobilization and manipulations, to massage/soft tissue release, stretching, traction, and other nifty tricks.
Pelvic Health
The muscles of your pelvic floor can impact your bowel and bladder, as well as your lower back, pelvis and hips. A pelvic health assessment will help us determine if your pelvic floor muscles are too tense, short, or weak to treat pelvic pain disorders such as dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, persistent prostatitis, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and constipation in all genders (2SLGBTQIA+ community members inclusive 🏳️🌈).
⚠️PLEASE NOTE⚠️ Due to the nature of TeleRehab/Virtual appointments, there is no internal examination or treatment with these sessions. This is only possible with In-Person appointments.

Prenatal and Postnatal Care
Welcoming a little bundle of joy to the world? If your pregnancy or delivery has some less than joyful effects on your body, or you want to optimize your pre- and post-delivery health and recovery, we can help. Our experienced physiotherapists can guide you through the physical changes parenthood brings, from pelvic concerns to low back and shoulder pain, as well as blocked milk ducts.
⚠️PLEASE NOTE⚠️ Due to the nature of TeleRehab/Virtual Physio, some aspects of assessment and treatment may be limited with this appointment type versus In-Person appointments.

Vestibular Therapy
If you feel like you’re on a boat or find the room is spinning, you could have a vestibular issue that needs to be addressed. Vestibular Therapy is a specialized form of rehabilitation aimed at reducing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and fall risk, as well as improving vision during head movement.
