What is Pelvic Health Physiotherapy?
⚠️PLEASE NOTE⚠️ Due to the nature of TeleRehab/E-Physio, there is no internal examination or treatment with these appointment types. This is only possible with In-Person appointments.
The muscles of your pelvic floor can impact your bowel and bladder, as well as your lower back, pelvis and hips. A pelvic health assessment will help us determine if your pelvic floor muscles are too tense, short, or weak to treat pelvic pain disorders such as dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, persistent prostatitis, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and constipation in all genders (LGBTQ2+ community members inclusive 🏳️🌈).
This service is offered by our certified pelvic health/floor therapists Shawna Neal and Cathy Stedman.
