- $135.00 — 45 Minutes // The focus of this assessment option will be on diagnosis, pain/injury education, rehab plan development, and home exercises.

- $170.00 — 60 Minutes // The focus of this assessment option will include all elements of the 45-min Assessment, PLUS guaranteed time dedicated to hands-on treatment (soft tissue release, joint mobilization/manipulation, IMS/Dry Needling, taping) and/or further rehab program development and education.
