STRONG Through Menopause – Small-Group Training
Join our friend, Serena Peck, for a 6-week strength program for women in menopause and peri-menopause – a supportive, small-group fitness class designed to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered. This program teaches you how to lift free weights safely and effectively with expert, hands-on coaching. Unlike crowded gyms, Serena’s private sessions offer a comfortable and encouraging environment where you’ll receive personalized fitness guidance tailored to your needs.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll get:
- Six 1-hour fitness classes
- A personalized fitness assessment
- Step-by-step instruction in strength-training form and technique
- Hands-on coaching with free weights and gym equipment
- A customized take-home strength plan to keep you progressing
- Encouragement, accountability, and connection with a group of like-minded individuals
