The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Originally from Toronto, Cathy knows how to stay busy and work hard as our clinic co-owner. She’s trained extensively in manual therapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the CPA, and has taken many pelvic health courses as well as presented on topics such as pelvic pain to postpartum health. She also holds certifications in IMS/dry needling and is a trauma-informed practitioner.
After moving to Victoria with her husband (Evan), it didn’t take Cathy long to fall for the people, the city, and Vancouver Island in general. She enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking with her dog on the trails and the beach, weight training, reading Lisa Genova books, and having a good cup of locally-roasted coffee with friends.
