To book a TeleRehab/Virtual appointment with us, you can book online or email/call/text us to book. You will be asked to make to make a Jane account when you book online, but if you do so over text/phone or via email, then we’ll send you a separate email to set one up.
It’s worth noting now (to avoid entering into the “Why didn’t you tell me this earlier?!” territory), only Google Chrome and Firefox for desktops and laptops are supported at this time, as well as Android/Windows smartphones and tablets. Internet Explorer and the new Microsoft Edge browser do not work 😟

…Ok, let’s get into the good stuff!
Once you have booked a TeleRehab/Virtual appointment and your account is setup, you will see your appointment listed in the Upcoming Appointments section of your My Account area once you are logged-in. You will also get an Appointment Reminder email 48-hours prior to your appointment which will include a direct link to your My Account area.
The “Begin” button will only appear 1 hour before your appointment start time. When the time is right, click “Begin” and you’ll be taken to this next screen 👇
Almost there! Click on “I Consent, Begin Online Appointment” and then voila! You’ll be transported to the serene world of Tele-Rehabilitation 😊
You might need to grant your web browser access to your microphone and webcam…
but THEN the magic will happen! ✨
